Custom Pine Platform Bed

This custom platform bed is large enough to provide comfort and storage for an adolescent through teen years. Built entirely out of solid pine lumber with an antique-look white wash finish, it could also function as a day bed/ informal sofa.

This playroom storage unit and entertainment center features shaker style door and drawer fronts, adjustable shelves and plenty of storage space. Custom Fireplace Mantel - Before and After

New homeowners were not happy with the basic "box" surrounding this fireplace. Removing it left unlimited possibilities for an upgrade. We created a new room focal point by working together to design a custom, elegant, but simple surround.

Custom Vanity in Alcove

This custom painted vanity offers a large table top and plenty of storage for cosmetics, hair dryers and other items. A bare alcove in a primary bedroom suite was the perfect spot to build this cabinetry. Designed with Stephanie Northrop of Home Remedy Hudson Valley.

Mudroom Alcove Custom Storage Bench

A bare mudroom alcove was a catch all for shoes, boots and outerwear. Black Sheep Woodworking worked with Stephanie Northrop of Home Remedy Hudson Valley to design this custom storage bench. The alcove now features this storage bench with a hardwood top, bead board back, coat hooks, cubbies and a simple cabinet above to help organize the space.

Playroom Entertainment Center

A long wall in this family's playroom was a perfect location for this custom built entertainment center. Large storage cabinets hold toys, games, craft supplies and play stations comfortably. Space for a big screen tv is flanked by open bookcases with adjustable shelving.

Custom Cabinetry - Coffee Bar Refreshment Center

We transformed a family room closet into a coffee bar refreshment center. Custom Shaker Panel and Glass Door cabinets hold supplies, cup, glasses and silverware. A small refrigerator keeps soft drink cool while water was piped into the coffee maker.
