Custom Fireplace Mantel - Before and After

New homeowners were not happy with the basic "box" surrounding this fireplace. Removing it left unlimited possibilities for an upgrade. We created a new room focal point by working together to design a custom, elegant, but simple surround.

Custom Vanity in Alcove

This custom painted vanity offers a large table top and plenty of storage for cosmetics, hair dryers and other items. A bare alcove in a primary bedroom suite was the perfect spot to build this cabinetry. Designed with Stephanie Northrop of Home Remedy Hudson Valley.

Mudroom Alcove Custom Storage Bench

A bare mudroom alcove was a catch all for shoes, boots and outerwear. Black Sheep Woodworking worked with Stephanie Northrop of Home Remedy Hudson Valley to design this custom storage bench. The alcove now features this storage bench with a hardwood top, bead board back, coat hooks, cubbies and a simple cabinet above to help organize the space.
